Your subscription to Sport Lock Analytics automatically renews monthly or yearly dependent on your product selection. You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@sportlockanalytics.com. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be processed at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid billing period.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Due to the nature of our service—the immediate delivery of proprietary, high-value, digital analytical content—Sport Lock Analytics maintains a strict No Refund Policy. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months or unused subscription time. Refunds will only be considered in the case of genuine, documented, and irresolvable technical access failures caused directly by Sport Lock Analytics.
